This is an alternative way to get your visa for Vietnam. You just need to fill in our “Online Application Form”<\/a>, pay the service fee, get your “Visa approval letter”<\/a> within 2 working days and pick up your visa at your destination airport (Hanoi airport,Da Nang airport, Ho Chi Minh city airport) <\/p>\n

After we obtain the approval letter for you, we will forward you a copy by email. Copies of the same document will be forwarded on your behalf to Vietnam Immigration checkpoints at International Airports only. When you arrive in Viet Nam, the Immigration officers will have those documents ready and will be able to issue your entry visa quickly. <\/p>\n

2. Is the \u201cvisa on arrival\u201d<\/a> legitimate?<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. What is the \u201capproval letter\u201d<\/a>?<\/strong>
\nThe “Visa approval letter”<\/a> is a letter issued by Vietnam Immigration Department that allows you to enter and exit Vietnam for a given time period. With the approval letter<\/a>, you can pick up your visa upon arrival at one of the three international airports in Vietnam (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang).At the airport, the corresponding authority will verify the details on the approval letter<\/a> based on your passport and travel documents. As long as you make sure you input the correct details when applying, you will surely be granted entry upon arrival in Vietnam with the approval letter. However, it is strongly advised that you read our website and follow all the instructions carefully to avoid problems or delays at the airport.
\n4. How long does it takes to get the approval letter?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Normally, the approval letter is processed and emailed you within two (2) working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays). In urgent cases, you are able to have the approval letter within the time frame below.* Same Day Processing (Working day): If you submit your application<\/a> and pay the fee<\/a> before 12.00 PM Vietnam time on a Working day (Monday-Friday), we will send you the letter of approval by 18:00 PM on the same working day.<\/p>\n

* Next Day Processing (Working day): If you submit your application<\/a> and pay the fee before 12.00 PM Vietnam time on a Working day (Monday-Friday), we will send you the letter of approval by 18:00 PM on the following (next) working day. Note: The above processing time does not apply for Friday afternoon (after 12.00 PM) + Saturday and Sunday. Please consider the time difference between Vietnam and your country. <\/p>\n

5. How do I receive my visa approval letter?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A colored scanned copy of the approval letter will be sent to you by email, so please make sure that you have provided us with the correct email address.<\/p>\n

6. How to get Visa to Vietnam<\/a>.<\/p>\n

1 – Getting a visa at Vietnamese embassy
\nThe process of getting a business visa<\/a> or a tourist visa<\/a> is generally the same. Most tourists get their visa through a Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate office in their country of residence or in their travels country before entering Vietnam.<\/p>\n

For a tourist visa, you will need to submit:
\n1) Entry permit form (which can vary from one Vietnamese embassies or consulate abroad to another).
\n2) Two photos (usually 4cm x 6cm or 3 cm x 4 cm)
\n3) Your original passport
\n4) Visa fee
\nThe form and the fee can vary by country, so please check directly the Vietnamese embassy or consulate to which you are applying.<\/p>\n

A business visa usually also requires a letter of support from your sponsor agency or company in Vietnam. In person, the process usually takes 2-3 days, and by mail, the process usually takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the service you use, although times can vary considerably by embassy or consulate. If you are mailing, please note that you need to make arrangements to have your passport with visa returned to you.<\/p>\n

2 – Getting a Visa on arrival<\/a>. Another option to obtain a visa is to apply for an approval letter online to pick up the visa at Vietnam airport.<\/p>\n

\nA Vietnamese visa application can be applied for 1 day to 6 months in advance. Although it takes only 2-3 working days to get your visa approved, it is strongly advised that you apply for a Vietnamese visa 1 \u2013 2 weeks before your arrival date to avoid any payment or other administrative problems.<\/p>\n

9. What is stamping fee for Vietnam Visa<\/a> and how much is it?<\/p>\n

The stamping fee is the fee you are required to pay at the Vietnamese airport in order to get the official visa stamped in your passport. The stamp fee must be in cash, no credit cards are accepted.Arrival in 2013: Stamp fee at the airport (price per person)<\/p>\n

\nNo, you cannot. In order to board the plane, you must show the approval letter<\/a> to the airlines. This letter is also compulsory in order for you to get the visa at the Vietnam airport. Therefore, we recommend that you leave plenty of time to apply for the visa to avoid having to delay or change your flight.<\/p>\n
